My name is Anya, twenty-something years old, often offbeat and losing my house keys. I am not a photographer, professional writer, or a blogger. Just a dreamer, I guess. It just feels relaxing to capture things through photographs and words. Also, I am a bit shy around people I don't have close ties with, so consider this as my indirect attempt to be outgoing
I enjoy taking photos and landscapes are one of my favorite subjects. Tried to discover the wonders of film but I haven't gotten the hang of it yet.
You may find my writings overly emotional or too happy (or even boring). That's because I am temperamental. There's no format whatsoever, I just write whatever comes to thought. You may also find numerous typographical errors in my posts. I usually to write during the night. When all my thoughts for the day freely flow, I'd stay wide awake just to write it down even if I'm too tired to do so.

Someday I might forget things (literally, because my genealogy strongly suggests the possibility of Alzheimer's). We all might, and it would be nice to be reminded of the things that we've seen in this lifetime, things we can consider our own: words we wrote, photos we've taken, memories we've captured. The contents may not be extraordinary or of high quality, but all of these are mine and the thoughts & emotions that came when I did capture them are my own.
